The Sunday Slow Down

The Sunday Slow Down is a community-driven event series focused on the collective practice of rest, wellness, and restorative learning. Each gathering brings people together to connect through intentional dialogue, expert-led wellness practices, and shared nourishment. While each session features a unique curriculum and duration, the core mission remains the same: providing a local sanctuary to learn and practice well-being alongside your neighbors. These intimate sessions offer a dedicated space in Kirkland to slow down, gain new wellness tools, and prioritize community connection.

Our Sip and Shop experience invites you to browse a curated selection of local vendors, handmade goods, and wellness products in a warm, welcoming community space. Enjoy complimentary beverages and light nibbles while you shop for birthdays, holidays, or yourself—please email us for all vendor inquiries.

Event Space

Host your next wellness session, club meeting, or private party in our versatile community space. We offer flexible booking on weekdays after 7pm, Saturdays after 5pm, and Sundays from 9am-7pm, with seating for 20 people available for an additional fee.

$250 for up to 4 hours

Breathe, Move, Brunch is the first gathering in The Sunday Slowdown Series, a monthly experience hosted by Salon Raeand Narratives Unbound LLC, created to help you gently release the week and reset with intention.

What to expect:

  • Mindfulness Practice: Guided session with Community Connector Nafasi Ferrell

  • Gentle Movement: Accessible, grounding movement led by Adaeze Medani a NASM-Certified Trainer & Nutrition Coach

  • Community Brunch: A nourishing shared meal to connect and unwind provided by Meals by Madeline

This is a pressure-free space to listen to your body, move gently, and be fully present.
